• Highly unusual vodka from Chase distillery, the award winning Chase English Potato Vodka has been smoked with English oak for an intriguingly delicious flavour almost reminiscent of a fine reposado tequila or mescal. Created in 2009 the idea for this vodka came to us at a local food fair while tasting some particularly fine smoked salmon, and the vodka has been produced in much the same way, with a natural infusion of smoke permeating the spirit over a period of around a week inside a specially made smoke chamber.
